CANCELLATION POLICY:  

Any NJNEOA Member who registers for a Seminar / Conference, and then fails to cancel the registration by email to editor@njneoa.org within 48 hours of the start of the event, will be limited to only the three (3) guaranteed training events, with the "Un-canceled No Show" event counting as one (1) of the three (3) training events.  Should the practice of "No Show" by the same individuals continue, their NJNEOA Membership will be revoked.

         This is a NJNEOA Narcotic Training (3-Day) Seminar which is co-hosted along with: MAGLOCLEN and the New Jersey County Narcotic Commander's Association.  There is a limited amount of spaces available for this course.  ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL 3-DAYS AND PASS A TEST TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE FROM DIAP.

    "DIAP - Drug Interdiction Assistance Program"
    "Commercial Motor Vehicle Interdiction & Concealment"

         The Drug interdiction Assistance Program - DIAP is a specialized unit of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration established in 1988. The program was established to assist law enforcement officials in the detection and apprehension of transporters and/or users of illicit drugs involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle. The focus of the program is on the development and distribution of criminal interdiction techniques to rapidly identify in-transit Commercial Vehicles and drivers engaged in criminal activity.

         The 2020 Conference begins with early check-in at 3:00pm on the 7th.  Vendors may come and set-up anytime after 2:00pm.  We end the conference with our annual Awards Luncheon, which begins at 1:00pm on the 11th.  Vendors may remain set-up until the Luncheon begins, at which time they must breakdown their table.
