The 2026 Conference begins with early check-in at 3:00pm on Sunday-May 17th. Vendors may come and set-up anytime after 2:00pm, or on Monday-May 18th @7:00am. The conference concludes on Thursday-May 21st. 3-Day Vendors may remain set-up until the evening of Wednesday-May 20th. 4-Day Vendors may remain set-up until noon on Thursday-May 21st.
