This is a NJNEOA Narcotic Training (3-Day) Seminar which is co-hosted along with: MAGLOCLEN and the New Jersey County Narcotic Commander's Association. The Drug interdiction Assistance Program - DIAP is a specialized unit of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration established in 1988. The program was established to assist law enforcement officials in the detection and apprehension of transporters and/or users of illicit drugs involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle. The focus of the program is on the development and distribution of criminal interdiction techniques to rapidly identify in-transit Commercial Vehicles and drivers engaged in criminal activity.
