These BOD members of the Association are also elected by the Association membership during the Annual Conference. There are three lengths of terms for the members of the BOD. They are as follows:
- 3 YR TERM
- 2 YR TERM
- 1 YR TERM
Should a Board of Director position become available become vacant during the year, the President can appoint an individual to fulfill that open position. As per Association by-laws, it is mandatory that during the next election, that appointed BOD officer must then be elected by the Association membership in order to fulfill their remaining term.
